• Only auditing websites you own or have permission to audit

4. Fair Use

Do not use Shipcheck to overwhelm or attack any website. Rate limits apply to all accounts. Abusive behavior may result in account suspension.

5. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for unused portions of your subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shipcheck is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Shipcheck after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
